How much can I send in my 1st transaction?
You can send up to $1,999 dollars in your 1st Transaction.
You can send up to six times, within a 30 days period- Up to six the same day.
The amount limits are:
$1999 per day
$3999 Within 30 days
How many people can I send money to?
You can have up to six individuals registered in your contact list.
Why can’t I access my account anymore?
After a few wrong password attempts, the account gets locked for security. Please contact support to unlock your account.
What payment methods to send money do you have?
Currently, we have options to send remittances using debit card, credit card and bank account.
What is the Transaction Processing time?
This time frame depends on your sending method:
If you choose to send money with a credit/debit card, the transaction will be available from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
If you choose a bank account, the transaction will be available in four business days.
How can my beneficiary receive the funds?
Account Credit - The beneficiary will receive the funds directly to their bank account or Wallet account.
Cash Pickup - The beneficiary will go and collect the funds at the payes’ location.
Home delivery – Only available in specific countries.
What does my beneficiary need to do in order to physically collect the money?
Your beneficiary must provide the Transaction Number and present a valid official form of identification such as a National ID Card, Passport, etc.
What is the refund timeframe?
Depends on the payment method:
CC/DC: 1 to 2 business days starting on the date and hour of the cancellation.
ACH: 5 to 8 business days starting on the date and hour in which the transaction was created: May vary depending on the cancellation date due to the nature of the ACH network.
If transaction is canceled the same day it was created and before 10:00 pm EST:
CC/DC: Funds will not be debited, and the bank will release the funds within their timeframe and policies (usually within 2 hours)
ACH: No funds will be debited.
Can I keep the same exchange rate from a canceled transaction?
The exchange rate is dictated by the currency market, and it may vary from one moment to another. It is not possible to guarantee that the same rate will remain in a 2nd transaction.
How can I edit the Receiving Method or Payer from a beneficiary already on my contact List?
If you want to send to the same beneficiary, but need to use a different receiving method, it is necessary to create another contact.
Can I change my beneficiary information on an existing Transaction?
It is possible to modify Name errors or missing data (middle name or second last name) but not to fully change the beneficiary.

What are the transaction status and their meaning?
PAYABLE: The transactions have been transmitted to the Payer and is in process to be deposited (account credit) or available to collect (cash pick up)
IN PROCESS: Transactions are under a validation process due to 3 different reasons.
TX made with ACH takes 4 business days to be available.
UniTeller’ s Compliance department needs to verify transaction information.
UniTeller’s Risk Department needs to verify transaction information.
PAID: Funds already collected by Beneficiary or deposited in case of account credit.
CANCELED: Transactions terminated. Refund process pending.
REFUND: Refund process for a canceled transaction is in process or completed.
VOID: Canceled and No funds were debited.
I received no TX Number or Confirmation
Check on your profile menu for your recent activity; Your most recent transaction will be shown. If not shown, no transaction was created.
Check your email for your Transaction Receipt; It will be labeled as: (Transaction Number).
Is my remittance already available?
Please, check the Transaction Status in your activity and if the status is: PAYABLE, it means the funds are available for your beneficiary.
Can I cancel a transaction?
Yes: if the transaction has not been paid, a transaction can be canceled. In case the Cancel option is not enabled and transaction is still active, please contact Verde Money (powered by UniTeller) via email or phone to request cancellation.
Please take in consideration that if the TX is account credit and is already transmitted, the cancellation may not be possible.
Is there a penalty if I cancel a transaction?
No: No fee, percentage or commission will be charged by Verde Money (powered by UniTeller): Full amount of transaction and fee will be reimbursed
Can I cancel and save the money to create a transaction in the future?
No: Any debited amount will be reimbursed and cannot be accumulated or ¨saved¨ for future transactions.
